Experienced in these jobs, the Benefiel team knew exactly what to do. An experienced heavy recovery operator quickly arrived onto the scene and using his expertise, he skillfully lifted the equipment and swung it to an open location so that the farmer could easily drive it away.

In no time, the farmer was back to work thanks to the efficiency and skills of Benefiel Truck Repair & Towing! Kudos to the Benefiel team and a big thanks to the local farmers for always trusting us to get the job done right!

Details of Towing Company Aids Farmer in Heavy Recovery

The Benefiel Truck Repair & Towing team recently responded to a heavy recovery call from a customer in Otoe County, Nebraska. Upon receiving the customer’s call, the dispatcher asked for all of the relevant information in order to brief the heavy recovery team before their arrival onto the scene.

The customer was a farmer in Nebraska and told the dispatcher that while he was working, he was unable to get his equipment around the corner. Apparently, the corner was too sharp and to add to the difficulty, there was an extremely deep ditch on either side of the road. This led to the farmer calling the Benefiel crew for heavy recovery assistance.

With strategic 4 locations, the dispatcher located the closest headquarters to the customer in Otoe County. The heavy recovery operator left his headquarters in 709 South 8th Street, Nebraska City, NE 68410 and made his way over to nearby Otoe County to help out the farmer.

The heavy recovery crew member brought with him a 75 ton rotator to complete the job. Once he arrived at the scene, he carefully assessed the situation. To start the heavy recovery, he first set up the rigging. With the help of the 75 ton rotator, he lifted up the farming equipment.

Then, he slowly and carefully swung it to a new and safe location. He dropped the equipment down in a place that it could easily be driven. The skilled Benefiel towing operator skillfully and successfully completed the heavy recovery.
